“Part of what sets UDT apart from others is not only our best-in-class service and our deep knowledge and expertise, but also our unwavering commitment to serving the larger community,” said UDT CEO Henry Fleches. “That’s why when we heard about Communities in Schools’ needs, we jumped at the chance to help them. We urge every company in the state to look for ways – big and small – to support kids, families and communities, especially during the holiday season.”

“Every child deserves the chance to learn without worrying about whether their basic needs are met. When kids have food on the table, clothes to wear, and someone looking out for them, they can focus on what really matters – learning, exploring, and growing,” said Simon Weller, UDT’s Chief Technology Officer – Service Provider Unit and one of several senior UDT executives based in Tennessee. “That’s why we stand with organizations like Communities in Schools that provide this kind of support. Together, we can make sure Tennessee’s children have the foundation they need to thrive in school and in life.”

“Thank you to UDT for partnering with us on the winter gear drive,” said Meredith Benton, CEO of Communities In Schools of Tennessee. “It’s not every day you have a company proactively reaching out to you with an offer to help our children and families. This much-needed clothing will put smiles on so many faces, and we are so appreciative of UDT’s generosity and commitment to supporting children across the state.”
